Roles and responsibilities of this job

The HR and Culture-Executive will support daily HR functions and operational needs, with a key focus on managing workforce requirements. The role involves handling recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining HR records to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement short-term plans for day-to-day operations aligned with the company’s objectives
Maintain HR records, including compensation, benefits, and health/medical insurance documentation
Handle employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner
Prepare HR letters, documents, and certificates (e.g., experience letters, offer letters, etc.)
Conduct employee orientation and facilitate onboarding formalities for new hires
Conduct employee exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement
Assist the supervisor in budget planning, tracking, and expense management
Maintain and update records of departmental activities and processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage end-to-end hiring for parcel operations outside the Kathmandu Valley, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding
Act as a point of contact for outside valley teams and support resolution of HR and operational issues
Monitor manpower requirements and support workforce optimization across regions
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-3 years of experience in an HR role
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proven track record of developing and executing successful work strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / G Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
