Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to manage and support our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining HR policies while ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations
Coordinate training and development activities
Ensure compliance with company rules and labor regulations

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
