Must have strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with any level within and outside the organization
Able to self-motivate and multitask and work in a team

Assist in formulating and submitting long term fiscal strategy, and operational objectives, strategies, policies, plans and programmes such as budget, cash flow, financial statements etc.
Supervising and closely monitoring daily financial transactions and preparing a daily reports.Preparing financial reports
Responsible for ensuring completeness of accounting records
Responsible for compliance with statutory requirements like VAT, tax, royalty etc.
Ensuring compliance to the company rules and regulations
Responsible for implementation of good financial system and practice
Responsible for training, monitoring and supervision of subordinates
Responsible for budgetary control and internal control system
Coordination with internal and external auditors
