Accounts Manager

We’re seeking part of a proactive and skilled team for the Accounts Manager role to contribute effectively to both core accounting functions and strategic financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain accounting records specific to construction projects, including cost tracking, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare Bank/Interest/VAT/TDS reconciliation
• Handle tax audits and assessments in co-ordination with the relevant departments.
• Review contracts and subcontracts to ensure financial terms are correctly implemented and monitored.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal fund allocation for projects.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure smooth financial operations across construction projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the CFO
