Senior Accounts Officer

Technovate International Pvt. Ltd. was founded by a group of highly qualified professionals. It has mainly focused into import and sales of ICT products (mainly optical fiber products) in Nepal market. We are looking for a self-driven, motivated and result oriented professional for the position of “Senior Accounts Officer.” Details of the same have been highlighted below; 

Essential Job Function:

• Independently maintaining financial and accounting data up-to-date to support company's operations and other requirements.
• Analytical abilities in preparing and reviewing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow).
• Manage all account receivable and payable activities of company.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, inventory on regular basis.
• Managing and maintaining proper inventory of trading goods, receipt and dispatch of Materials, maintaining proper records of Materials etc.
• Handling TT and LC; and manage all the import related activities.
• Oversee the overall disbursement of regular payments to staff, office overheads, supplies and others.
• Administration and filing of taxes i.e. VAT, Income Tax, Corporate Tax etc. and collecting tax clearance certificate in each year from IRD.
• Liaise with auditors and audit firm’s staff as and when required.
• Prepare and analyze the periodic management report of financial results.

Essential Job Specification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in management (Preferable master’s degree).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in using accounting software.
• Extensive spreadsheet and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Able to handle pressure with limited supervision.
• Integrity, dependability, loyalty, taking ownership and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Having two-wheeler/license will have advantage.
• Past experience working in trading company(s) and/or experience in store/stock management will be an added advantage.
