Roles and responsibilities of this job

Account Officer will oversee all day-to-day accounting entries of Yeti Polychem Pvt. Ltd in Kathmandu. The account officer will report directly to the directors of the company. Some of the daily tasks required are mentioned below.

Essential Functions:

Record day-to-day entry of accounting data in Tally
Reconcile daily records with factory and banks
Create and maintain landed cost of raw materials
Create daily reports of sales, cash flow management, and LC
Review and finalize salary sheet in compliance with company policy
Prepare and file VAT and eTDS returns
Prepare documents for audits
Knowledge of banking

Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 40,000 (negotiable)

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting (CA preferred)
1st Division in SLC and +2. Please don’t apply if you don’t meet this criteria.
Experience of at least 4 years in a well reputed firm
Strong knowledge and grasp of Tally. You will be quizzed on Tally during interview, therefore please only apply if you have working knowledge of Tally.
Excellent Excel skills. Candidate will know how to work with logic statements and know how to create and use pivot tables.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali language
Independent while working with high team spirit
Efficient and excellent time management skills
Excellent supervision and delegation abilities
Strong headed, tactfulness and excellent situation handling abilities
