Senior Finance and Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and responsible Senior Finance and Accounts Manager to manage and oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting practices, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting documents.
• Handle taxation, VAT, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and verify financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Support the preparation of audit reports and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial information and reports to management as required.
