Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant

The Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial reporting. The role also includes handling investor relations, supporting fundraising activities, managing cash flow, and contributing to strategic financial planning.

In addition, the position will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, and support the organization’s overall financial management and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise and hands-on experience, particularly in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage financial records, ledgers, and statements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management
• Monitor project costing and inventory accounting specific to construction and manufacturing operations
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
