Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations across multiple business units. The role involves managing accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations across hotels, restaurants, rental properties, and retail units
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintain financial records
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue performance
Handle tax compliance, VAT, and statutory reporting requirements
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities
Implement and improve accounting systems, controls, and processes
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (hospitality or multi-business experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
