Account Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting daily financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and assisting with financial reporting and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data entry for invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and financial activities
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Perform general accounting and clerical duties, such as filing and record keeping
• Handle communication and correspondence with clients and vendors related to accounts
• Provide support to the senior accountant and finance team as needed
