Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Accountant to manage the full accounting functions of our casino-hotel property. This role involves financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, and close coordination with operations to ensure financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, petty cash
  • Oversee revenue recognition across hotel, casino, F&B, gaming operations
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, management reports, variance analysis
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Liaise with external auditors, coordinate audits, and ensure timely compliance
  • Monitor regulatory and taxation requirements (local tax laws, VAT/GST, withholding, gaming taxes etc.)
  • Ensure internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures are strictly followed
  • Support management decisions by providing financial insights and analysis
  • Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff
