Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a seasoned Accountant to manage the full accounting functions of our casino-hotel property. This role involves financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, and close coordination with operations to ensure financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, petty cash
Oversee revenue recognition across hotel, casino, F&B, gaming operations
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, management reports, variance analysis
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Liaise with external auditors, coordinate audits, and ensure timely compliance
Monitor regulatory and taxation requirements (local tax laws, VAT/GST, withholding, gaming taxes etc.)
Ensure internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures are strictly followed
Support management decisions by providing financial insights and analysis
Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in Tally is highly preferred — candidates with strong Tally knowledge will be given priority
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; candidates with solid foundational experience are also welcome to apply
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with hospitality or gaming industry accounting will be an advantage
