We are looking for a mature, dependable, and detail-oriented Accountant who possesses strong financial discipline and hands-on experience in managing investment-related accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling taxation, online share transactions, fund monitoring, and banking coordination while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting of companies engaged in share and real estate investments
Prepare daily fund position and cash flow reports for management
Monitor investment transactions and maintain proper financial documentation
Liaise with banks regarding credit facilities, loan renewals, and margin lending arrangements
Coordinate with share brokers and track share transactions
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and investment accounts
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Required Age:More than 30 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/BBS or equivalent)
3–5 years of post-graduation relevant accounting experience
Age: Above 30 years (mandatory)
Experience in investment companies, share market operations, or real estate sector will be highly preferred

Required Knowledge & Competencies

Practical knowledge of share-related transactions and capital market operations
Sound understanding of banking credit facilities and margin lending
Strong fund management and financial reporting skills
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel
Ability to coordinate and liaise with banks, share brokers, and financial institutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
