• Able to collect data and prepare reports as required by management
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and train accounting staff as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making
• Conduct internal audits to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Assist in the implementation of accounting software and systems
• Prepare and review tax returns and other financial documents
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
