• Financial Management: Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies and internal controls. Monitor key financial metrics and provide timely analysis and recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to drive informed decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
• Capital Management: Manage capital structure and investment decisions to optimize returns and support strategic initiatives. Evaluate capital allocation opportunities, including investments in new projects, acquisitions, and partnerships, to maximize shareholder value.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, regulatory authorities, and auditors. Provide transparent and timely communication on financial performance, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
