Ability to effectively manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Proven skills in generating and presenting management reports, providing valuable financial insights for decision-making.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and financial management tools.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams, clients, and management.
Knowledge of and adherence to relevant accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Job Description

Manage and oversee the weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts receivable and payable, as well as conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Lead month-end reconciliation processes to close out financial accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy in financial reporting.
