• Manage all aspects of the financial and cost accounting role
• Responsible for day to day financial and accounting operations of the business
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
• Prepare annual budget and forecasts for the hotel
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements
• Review and approve payment vouchers & journal entries
• Develop and maintain internal control systems and policies
• Ensure the company is in compliance with NFRS standards
• Deal directly with Tax office for reporting and tax compliance issues
• Ensure Accounts Payable and Receivable are effectively managed
• Lead, manage and guide the entire accounts team
