Position: Sr. Admins and Account Officer

Experience: 2-3 years in relevant field.

Salary: 50k to 65k

Job Description

Oversee Finance, Accounts Operations.
Recording and managing financial transactions accurately and timely.
Address billing inquiries, invoice discrepancies, and payment-related issues.
Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Managing payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborating with other departments to support budgeting and financial planning processes.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Reconcile bank statements and transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during reconciliation.
Liaising with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies as required.
Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.

Administrative Tasks

Manage and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Note:

Working hours: 9 hours (7:15 PM to 4:15 AM- night shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
