Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong exposure to import purchase accounting, manufacturing & inventory accounting, ERP systems, landed cost management, and loan accounting. Ideal for professionals from manufacturing or import-based trading companies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage domestic & import purchase accounting, vendor settlements, GRNs, abd LC entries
Handle import & landed cost accounting (customs, freight, insurance, C&F) with SKU-wise inventory allocation
Maintain manufacturing & inventory accounting (BOM, WIP, production consumption, stock reconciliation)
Record banking & loan transactions including EMIs, interest accruals, and repayments
Perform daily accounting using ERP systems (ERPNext / Tally / SAP or similar)
Support month-end closing, MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and audits

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master’s in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
3–6 years of relevant experience
Mandatory experience in manufacturing or import-based trading companies
CA / CMA / ACCA (Inter / Part-qualified preferred)

Key Skills

Strong accounting & inventory valuation knowledge
Hands-on experience with import documentation & landed cost
ERP-driven accounting workflow expertise
Good Excel & reconciliation skills
Detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities
