Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to manage and oversee the company’s receivables process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and proper reconciliation of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices and statements
Monitor accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments
Follow up on overdue balances and resolve payment discrepancies
Reconcile accounts receivable with the general ledger
Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR records
Prepare aging reports and support month-end and year-end closing
Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer accounts

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
2–3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and receivables management
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
