  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Having professional certifications will be considered a strong advantage. These include:
  • Australia – PIER / QEAC (Qualified Education Agent Counselor)
  • UK – British Council Certified Agent
  • USA – ICEF USA Agent Training Course (USATC)
  • Canada – Canada Course for Education Agents (CCEA)
  • Europe – ICEF or other relevant European-focused agent training certification
  • Candidates with such certifications will be given higher preference during selection.
  • Proven record of successful student placements and student satisfaction.
  • Strong networking ability with international institutions and stakeholders.

Job Description

Student Counseling & Advisory

  • Provide in-depth counseling to students and parents regarding study opportunities in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, and Europe.
  • Support students in course selection, university applications, SOP preparation, and visa guidance.
  • Advise on scholarships, admission requirements, and alternative study options based on student profiles.

Team & Process Development

  • Mentor junior counselors and ensure delivery of high-quality counseling services.
  • Support in training and setting professional counseling standards.
  • Collaborate with admissions and operations teams for efficient student file processing.

Institution & Student Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with partner universities and institutions.
  • Represent GECC at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and international events.
  • Conduct information sessions, workshops, and pre-departure briefings for students.
