Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Study Abroad Counsellor / Documentation Executive to guide students through the study-abroad process and manage application documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of international education, and the ability to manage multiple student applications accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized guidance to students seeking to study abroad.
Assess students’ academic background, interests, and career goals.
Guide students through the application process, including documentation and deadlines.
Advise students on visa applications, scholarships, and financial planning.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars on studying abroad.
Maintain strong relationships with universities and education partners.
Stay updated with international education trends and policies.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience in study abroad counselling, education consultancy, admissions, documentation, or student recruitment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Germany, France, and Malta as study destinations.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple student applications and meet deadlines.
Strong counselling, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented, professional, and student-focused approach.

Preferred Experience:

Experience handling applications for Germany, France, or Malta.
Knowledge of European higher education and admission procedures.
Knowledge of student visa documentation and procedures.
Experience working with university/college representatives or international education partners.
Previous experience in student recruitment or education consultancy.
