  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, having 3 years’ experience as a construction accountant/ relevant field with preferably demonstrated outcomes in the field of financial analysis.
  • Manage financial systems and budgets and undertake financial audits of Multiple Projects
  • Should perform monthly closings, verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable. 
  • Knowledge of a full range of business matters that impact profitability, risk assessment and management, and financial reporting as well as tax and vat
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Nepali and English

Job Description

  • Review the company’s financial and business systems and analyze possible risks
  • Maintain effective liaison with internal and external auditors and deal with financial irregularities
  • Full responsible for managing the accounting department and arrange financial management reports including financial planning and forecasting
  • Reporting and manage a team including Payroll Compliance, Contracts and Subcontracts
  • Ensure all expenses are accounted as per accounting principles, in compliance with contracts and in line with chart of accounts, if any
  • Create and import spreadsheets, budgets and reports among the various software applications (Excel, Word, Tally ERP)
  • Communicating regularly with the vendors, Project Managers and Clients
