Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulation.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts monitoring budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks also providing recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations preparing and file tax returns accurately and on time with assisting in tax planning and optimization.
Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with established controls.
Monitor and control inventory levels and costing evaluating inventory turnover and recommend improvements.
Analyze production costs and provide insights for cost reduction establishing and maintaining cost accounting systems.
Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process addressing audit findings and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation to ensure records are easily accessible for audit and review purposes.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production, procurement, and sales, to gather financial data and provide financial support.

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

2 years+ of experience in ecommerce
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should have completed CAP II/Intermediate from ICAN/ICAI
Must have good knowledge of accounting system TAX, VAT.
Must have good computer skills (Words, Excel, Tally).
Must have good communication, interpersonal skill.

Candidates having previous experience in ecommerce field is highly preferred.
