Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated Secondary Level Teacher for Mathematics and Physics. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering effective instruction, maintaining academic excellence, and fostering a positive learning environment aligned with the institution’s values and culture.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and Physics at the secondary level.
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and performance.
Evaluate student progress through examinations, assignments, and classroom assessments.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, student-centered learning environment.
Use modern teaching tools, methodologies, and educational technologies.
Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and school activities.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, academic coordinators, and school administration.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
Uphold institutional values, ethical standards, and professional conduct.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

M.A. or M.Ed. in Mathematics or M.Sc. in Physics
Strong subject knowledge with effective teaching and classroom management skills.
Good knowledge of modern teaching techniques, methodologies, and computer skills.
Prior teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred.
Must be a Nepali citizen.

Compensation and Benefits
