Job Description

Aarambha Sanskar Vidyalaya is looking for a highly qualified Secondary Level Teacher to join our team. As the Secondary Level Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students in grades 9-10, while creating an environment that nurtures their academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the individual learning needs of students
Utilize various teaching methods and resources, including ICT tools, to keep students engaged and motivated
Assess and evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate academic growth
Maintain a well-organized, positive, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning
Communicate with parents and guardians regularly to keep them updated on their child's academic progress and any areas of concern
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to enhance teaching strategies and methodologies
Ensure that all teaching materials and equipment are well-maintained and used effectively
Carry out any other related duties or responsibilities as assigned by the school management.
