Roles and responsibilities of this job

Aksharaa School is seeking an organized and proactive School Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage facilities and support services, and ensure smooth coordination between academic and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and streamline the school's day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Ensure the effective management of school facilities, logistics, transportation and support services.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth institutional functioning.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and systems for improved efficiency.
Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration or a relevant field.
A minimum of two years of proven experience in Senior School Leadership.
Experience in operations, administration or institutional management.
