Aksharaa School is seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant IT Officer to maintain the school’s IT infrastructure, provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure the security and smooth functioning of digital platforms and technology across the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, computer systems, networks and digital resources.
Provide technical support to academic and administrative staff.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
Maintain school management systems, digital platforms and IT equipment.
Ensure data security, regular backups and the efficient use of technology across the institution.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field.
