Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to achieve assigned targets, ensuring effective sales operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires strong leadership skills, field coordination, and performance monitoring to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading, training and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed sales target
Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain management
Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Market visits and ensure on-time payment collection and maintain sales and stock data
Administrative works and analyzing work problems and making decisions
Meeting sales target
Develop various innovative ideas and concepts to reach the target group or employer and make a concrete plan accordingly

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales/Wholesale/Import of Medicines
Exceptional conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
The candidate should be a permanent resident of Kathmandu Valley and Nepali citizen with a two-wheeler license
Age: Above 30 years
