A reputed computer showroom located in Putalisadak, Kathmandu is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Showroom Sales Manager to lead our retail operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and sales negotiations.
Supervise product display, merchandising, and showroom presentation.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
Coordinate with management on sales performance, stock requirements, and operational improvements.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Maintain a positive, productive, and professional work environment.
Work effectively under pressure while ensuring smooth showroom operations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management, preferably in the computer or IT hardware industry.
Strong knowledge of computers, laptops, peripherals, and IT hardware.
Proven ability to manage a retail outlet, customers, and team members.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Honest, hardworking, and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Good understanding of inventory management and product placement.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
