Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to achieve sales targets for cosmetic products. This role focuses on distributor/retailer management, in-store execution and market growth while maintaining strong brand presence and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, guide, and motivate the distributor and distributor sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
Ensure effective distribution and availability of cosmetic products across assigned areas
Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, beauty stores, and salons.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and promotional execution at outlets
Train sales representatives on product knowledge, selling techniques, and grooming standards
Plan and execute sales promotions, product launches, and in-store activations
Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis for management
Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and brand guidelines

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience as a sales supervisor, or in a similar role in FMCG/cosmetics/retail
Ability to analyze market trends, track competitors, and drive business growth
Result-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
Willingness to travel across assigned territories as needed
