Job Description

Telerivet is a growing, fast-paced, Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) business providing mobile communications, engagement and micropayment solutions for the various industry verticals.  Telerivet is being represented by Torus Enterprise Solutions in Nepal.  The work location will be in Thamel.

We are looking for a driven business development representative to join our growing Asia Pacific team. The representative should have an affinity to understand technical products and the ability to demonstrate how they work. Your responsibilities will include establishing the needs of the customer and recommending and demonstrating product. This position with an excellent growth opportunity is perfect for someone who is motivated, hungry for success and wants to see the impacts of their actions daily. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Prospect new sales leads, write and present proposals that will be required to support sales efforts.
  • Utilize business processes and strategic visions and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
  • Execute and lead client engagements and serve as a client advocate.
  • Explain technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
  • Follow up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
  • Report client communications and sales status in quarterly, monthly, weekly and ad-hoc presentations to leadership.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecast in our CRM and update records of customer communications and contact information.
  • Continue enhancement of industry knowledge by keeping abreast of research, training and outside education resources.
  • Review and finalize major client deliverables and presentations.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience preferably in B2B sales.
  • Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work. Ability and desire to learn quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
  • Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
