We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing front desk operations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every member and visitor.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk at all times.
Welcome and assist members, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage member check-ins, attendance records, and general inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Handle walk-in inquiries and convert prospects into active members.
Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
Clearly explain membership plans, promotions, and gym services.
Maintain accurate records of leads, memberships, and sales activities.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and membership conversion targets.
Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing members.
Deliver friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented customer support.
Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
Act as a communication link between departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Escalate operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
Create a positive and welcoming environment for all gym members.
Address member concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Build strong relationships with members to encourage long-term retention and referrals.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary Education).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
