We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, promoting our premium furniture products, engaging with customers both in-store and online, and contributing to showroom sales growth. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and are enthusiastic about furniture and interior styling, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the showroom professionally and create a welcoming experience for customers.
Engage with customers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website by responding to inquiries promptly.
Provide accurate product information, including pricing, specifications, delivery schedules, and after-sales services.
Assist customers in selecting furniture that best suits their needs and recommend complementary products.
Demonstrate and showcase displayed products effectively to increase customer engagement.
Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing product shipments with relevant departments.
Assist customers with delivery scheduling, fitting arrangements, and complaint resolution.
Work closely with the showroom team, logistics department, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and a high standard of customer service.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1–3 years of retail sales experience (experience in furniture or home décor is preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Customer-first mindset with excellent selling and negotiation abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak retail hours.
Minimum High School Diploma (+2); a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field will be an advantage.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
