Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell FeedBox (Digital Suggestion Box) across government and private organizations throughout Nepal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets while representing Capital Soft with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell FeedBox to government and private organizations.
Identify and visit potential clients throughout the assigned province.
Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical team for product installation and customer onboarding.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and promotional events.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product improvement.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) passed.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.).
Basic understanding of electronic devices and digital products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written).
Strong networking skills with government and private sector organizations (local PR is an advantage).
Self-motivated, sales-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned province.
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license and own vehicle will be given priority.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
