Job Description

Machine Pasal, a leading provider of various kinds of machinery, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role primarily involves converting sales through phone-based and online interactions with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a knack for engaging clients, a strong understanding of sales tactics, and excellent computer skills. Previous experience in a call centre environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Conversion: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and online platforms to promote and sell our machinery products.
  • Client Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues, to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to our sales strategies and protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately log all sales interactions and transactions in our database, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and updates.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to take on additional tasks or roles within the company as needed.
