Project Overview:

Evolution Apartment Resorts is a luxury apartment project located in Lakeside-6, Pokhara developed by B&B Group Nepal. With 107 units of luxury studios, 1BHK, 2BHK apartments & penthouses overlooking Phewa Lake & the city, it’s the next urban paradise for investors. With construction already being started, it is expected to be completed in 2 years. It is the largest apartment project in Pokhara with over 32 ropanis in area in total with a pre-historic evolution themed park.

Job Summary

This Sales Receptionist position presents an exciting opportunity to take on a novice role in sales & marketing sector, the most vital sector of all. Put your sales experience and knowledge to use while developing strategies for team motivation and optimal results. If you are detail-oriented and extroverted, this sales management role can give you the chance to truly develop your interests and experience with people, not only with mathematics and finances but business management as well. You will play an essential role in the success of our business by ensuring that we are in good financial shape from the near perfect sales execution. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate with the sales department staff, which includes setting goals, developing processes, and providing guidance and constructive performance assessment
  • Manage general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and project accounting, ensure that all invoices and transactions are entered in a prompt and accurate manner in the office.
  • Review and reconcile financial statements on a monthly basis; ensure that records are complete, accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide sales and theoretical support to other departments as needed, prepare operating and personnel budgets for operations approval.
  • Monitor budget adherence, make amendments with consultation with sales executive for changes as necessary, and advise as to the best course of action in order to continue to excel budget goals and sales direct/indirect.
  • Meet with clients and interested people, vendors, and other third parties to ensure that payments are made and received in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or IT
  • At least 3 years of sales/marketing or financial experience
  • Strong wordplay & communication skills with instant right decisions
  • Excellent Organizational, Oral & Written skills with a strong persona

Preferred:

  • Sales experience with creative problem-solving skills
  • Excel spreadsheet know-hows & good with technology

Salary Starts At Rs. 30,000(NEGOTIABLE) 
With Bonuses of as much as Rs. 45,000 with every sale closing with proper involvement.
