Job Description

Summary:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling internet services to both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, Distribution Network Management, passion for technology, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and processes to a diverse range of customers in coordination with distribution network.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with Dealers, sub dealers, Different units within own organization to drive repeat business with customers and Channel Partners satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Coordinate and facilitate excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through service process communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company stays competitive
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales
  • Good knowledge of ISP residential packages, Better Skill for Training and communication.
  • Meet or exceed parodic sales targets and KPIs
