Job Location: Kathmandu

Experience: 3+ years of experience in the sales of services/goods. Field level experience in sales is mandatory for this position. Experience of working in sales of fintech services would be an added advantage.

Job Details: Sales Officer is an officer level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Age: Minimum age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field from recognized university.

Duties and responsibility:

  • Identify potential agents/merchants and generate sales,
  • Increase Channel Sales Customers/Dealers Network,
  • Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales,
  • Build up strong rapport with the agents/merchants and keep in regular touch with them,
  • Regularly coach/guide the agents/ merchants on business and growth opportunities,
  • Align the sales activities with overall business strategy and suggest the change in strategy to the management by providing the market feedback to achieve and exceed the sales target,
  • Conduct agents meet/ merchants meet on a time to time basis to disseminate the product information, new opportunities and explain the sustainable growth/ benefits to them,
  • Sales and profitability development for agents/merchants within the territory,
  • Drive activities (e.g., marketing, promotion, etc.) towards the agents/merchants,
  • Initiate and improve relations via agent/merchant interaction, with special emphasis on visits to active and potential agents/merchants,
  • Prepare and submit the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales report,
  • Identify and submit report to management through Sales Manager on New Business opportunities related to fintech products within working territory.
  • Do research, analysis of assigned territory with competitors presence and product and submit recommendation report to management through Sales Manager to capture the market.
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with Concern Stakeholders within and outside Company to facilitate NDPC products and Services.
  • Frequent visit to the agents/merchants inside/outside valley,
  • Any other jobs assigned from time to time by the Line Manager
