Job Description

  • Plan and meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
  • Develops customers by maintaining rapport ; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Segregate customers as COLD, WARM and HOT Customers.
  • Must meet sales target of specific regions .
  • Should be able to convince the customers that their purchase is worth it and should explain them about lifting periods, and timely payments etc.
  • Prepare monthly Sales Review and report to Line Managers & General Manager.
  • Perform additional tasks as instructed by the management. 
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales;focus on  lc and terms and condition and  collects payment and ensure due dates of lcs.
  • Should have indepth knowledge of Finance and Marketing.

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates with experience in Steel Industries of Nepal.
