Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to identify business opportunities while maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, respond to inquiries, and follow up with clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and reports.
Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and use new digital tools.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
A valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
