Indigo Paints is hiring Sales Officers for two territories — Bhaktapur and Madhesh Pradesh. The role is responsible for growing and servicing the dealer network within the assigned territory, driving sales and collections, and strengthening Indigo's presence on the ground. Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand the dealer/retailer network within the assigned territory
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers
Identify and onboard new dealers to grow territory coverage
Plan and execute local demand-generation activities (painter meets, dealer engagement, schemes)
Track competitor pricing, activity, and market trends
Report sales performance and market feedback to the reporting manager

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of sales experience; paint industry experience highly preferred
Valid driving license
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Probation: 3 months
