Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a Sales Officer to drive sales growth, manage dealer and retailer relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, reporting, and market development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain prosperous relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
Identify and onboard new sales channels to promote and place Black Shark, Heatz, Ansty, Vendans, Great Asia, Chuwi and Ipro products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to company revenue growth.
Regular field visits across Kathmandu Valley.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishments.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including forecasting and market insights.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic actions.
Assist in executing promotional campaigns and product launches.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Black Shark, Heatz, Ansty, Vendans, Great Asia, Chuwi and Ipro products and related technology trends.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s running or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of proven experience in electronics gadgets and accessories sales.
Strong ability to meet targets and actively contribute to company growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in sales report preparation, forecasting, and presentation.
Basic understanding of stock monitoring and inventory management.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
