Sales Officer

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our Sales Team at Elara. The role requires strong sales, client relationship management, lead conversion, and business development skills. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. Candidates with experience in service based industries, healthcare, aesthetics, education consultancy, or similar sectors are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through various channels.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and relationship building.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct sales presentations and explain service offerings to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the system.
• Coordinate with operational and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and conversion reports.
• Follow up with prospective clients and inactive leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong network of corporate and individual clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and campaign follow-ups.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales SOPs.
• Handle high volumes of client interactions while maintaining service quality and professionalism.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
