Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role combines in-house sales coordination with field-based business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing sales proposals, managing client communications, conducting client visits and product demonstrations, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and enjoys working both from the office and in the field.

Key Responsibilities

In-House Responsibilities

Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and other sales documentation.
Manage client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding proposals, quotations, and ongoing projects.
Support the sales team with administrative and coordination activities.

Field (Out-House) Responsibilities

Visit prospective and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, service demonstrations, and business meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Perform regular client follow-ups to strengthen relationships and secure repeat business.
Represent Capital Soft at client sites, networking events, and business meetings.
Spend significant time in the field developing new business and expanding the company's customer base.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the IT, software, technology, or related field.
Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in preparing proposals, handling client communications, and managing sales documentation.
Ability to work independently while achieving sales and business development targets.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email applications.
Must own or have access to a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively for field visits.
A valid driving license is preferred.
