We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join Anjaneeya Holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel and tour packages, generating new business opportunities, assisting clients with their travel requirements, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Officer will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the growth of the company's travel and tourism business.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages, holiday tours, and other travel-related services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on travel destinations, packages, pricing, and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions based on their preferences and budget.
Prepare quotations, travel proposals, and customized itineraries for individual and corporate clients.
Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the company.
Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
Stay updated on tourism trends, travel regulations, airline promotions, and destination information.
Participate in promotional campaigns, travel fairs, and marketing activities as required.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in travel and tourism sales.
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel products, tour packages, and travel services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with travel booking systems or CRM software is an added advantage.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn and grow.
