Roles and responsibilities of this job

Aarya Technology & Management is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Officer to drive field sales activities for our HMS, Smart HMS, Channel Manager, and other hospitality technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting field visits, pitching products, and closing sales with hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Conduct regular field visits to hotels, resorts, lodges, and hospitality businesses.
Identify new sales leads and convert them into active clients.
Present and demonstrate software products (HMS, Smart HMS, Channel Manager, POS, etc.).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Prepare and submit detailed visit reports and pipeline updates.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and ensure timely communication.
Provide basic product guidance and coordinate with support teams for onboarding.

Market Research & Branding

Gather market insights on competitors, pricing, and trends.
Support promotional activities, events, and product awareness campaigns.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree running or completed (Management, IT, or related preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or client visits (hospitality sector preferred but not required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must own a Motorbike and a Laptop.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
