A Leading Hospitality Company is seeking a proactive, target-driven, and relationship-focused Sales Officer to support business growth across restaurant and hotel operations. The role is responsible for generating corporate and B2B sales, increasing restaurant bookings, improving hotel occupancy, and developing long-term partnerships with corporate houses, travel agencies, institutions, and event organizers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong networking, communication, and sales skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate & B2B Sales
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, institutions, and event organizers.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to generate corporate bookings and partnerships.
Develop strategic tie-ups with companies, tour operators, and organizations.
Conduct regular client visits and networking activities to increase business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts and partners.
Coordinate corporate orders, events, and catering requirements with internal departments.
Support smooth execution of corporate events and partnership activities.
Restaurant Sales & Guest Engagement
Promote group dining packages, catering services, events, and restaurant experiences.
Generate leads for birthdays, private gatherings, corporate events, and celebrations.
Increase restaurant footfall through promotional partnerships and sales initiatives.
Build long-term guest relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure excellent guest experience.
Maintain customer databases for future marketing and promotional activities.
Hotel Sales & Occupancy Growth
Drive hotel room sales through corporate contracts, direct bookings, referrals, OTAs, and travel agencies.
Develop relationships with travel agencies and online booking partners.
Monitor occupancy trends and implement strategies to maximize room sales.
Coordinate with marketing teams to improve online visibility and promotional campaigns.
Support business tie-ups that enhance guest stay experience and revenue growth.
Ensure competitive positioning within the hospitality market.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM and client database records.
Record client communications, meetings, and follow-up activities.
Prepare professional quotations, contracts, and sales proposals.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track sales pipelines and ensure timely lead follow-ups.
Prepare monthly performance summaries highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Maintain updated records of all leads, bookings, and client interactions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly corporate booking targets
New B2B lead generation and corporate tie-ups
Growth in restaurant bookings and event sales
Increase in hotel occupancy and room revenue
OTA conversion performance
Client retention and repeat business growth
Timely reporting and pipeline management
Lead conversion and follow-up efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality sales, or B2B business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Good understanding of hospitality operations and customer service.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented personality.
Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality sales will be an added advantage.
