Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Highfield qualifications in Nepal.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including educational institutions, training centers, overseas consulting agencies, corporate entities, government institutes & local governments, to expand the reach of our programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in the education and training sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of Highfield qualifications to potential clients through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
