Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our event venues and services, building client relationships, and driving sales to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell DECC’s event venues (wedding halls, conference halls, exhibition spaces) to potential clients.
  • Identify and engage with corporate clients, event planners, wedding organizers, and individuals to generate bookings.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase DECC’s facilities and services.
  • Develop and implement creative sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for digital promotions, social media campaigns, and offline advertising.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
