Job Description

  • Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales and marketing team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensures strong market presence
  • Recruitment, target setting, coaching and performance monitoring of staff
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, growth and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Design and implement brand building strategies. Work to ensure strong online presence of the company
